This privacy policy aims to help you understand how your personal data is collected, processed and stored by AMS Soltech (hereinafter ‘AMS Soltech’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’), data controller within the meaning of the European Data Protection Regulation. AMS Soltech has capital of €500,000, and is registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Douai under number 451 360 382.

2 – When is your personal data collected?

Your personal data will be stored on separate databases to meet our legal obligations for a period of no more than five (5) years from the time of storage.
7 – Exercising your legal rights
